Here is how I created my designs for this cute little hand towel!
I cut out the appropriate size, and then pressed the with Best Press.
I ironed on Heat n Bond Lite (following the directions) as you see above.
Cut out the shapes following the steps in my You Tube video.
Following the prompts from the sewing machine, I stitched out my designs!
This was such a creative project for me and the entire time, I was craving Peeps! That 'silly rabbit' better bring me some!
Here is a link for the free STUDIO design.
Since I designed the original Peep in the Bernina DesignWorks software, I have included the free files for you to try out.
Here is the link for the free CUT file.
Here is the link for the single APP file.
You must have the Bernina DesignWorks cutwork software in order to be able to open the files. It does include the paintworks tool to color in the eyes and nose but you can skip that and color it in after.
Let me know in the comments section if you have any problems.
Happy Easter everyone!
Last night I used my cutworks tool to make a peep. Thank you!!! I've had the cutwork tool since ’09 and have never used it! Recently upgraded to be able to use DesignWorks because I love the Sterling Life houses.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited that you were able to cut out the peep! If you haven't joined our Facebook page, please do, Lots of inspiration there.
ReplyDeletejust discovered your blog, I'm new to designworks and wanted to try your PEEPs towel, I can't open the SVG file to load into designworks. Any suggestions? thanks Cheryl
